Believe is a collection of holiday songs and narrative excerpts performed by children ranging in age from 9 to 14.
The CD offers an eclectic mix of holiday music and stories including the classics "O Holy Night" and "Hark the Herald Angels," some lesser known carols such as "The Wexford Carol," and contemporary holiday music including "Believe" from "The Polar Express" and "Walking in the Air" from "The Snowman." The CD also includes narratives of the "The Little Match Girl" and selections from "A Child's Christmas in Wales" and "A Christmas Carol." The total length is 54:12.
All proceeds from the sale of the CD will benefit the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center in Newburyport, MA and Amesbury, MA; and The Pettengill House in Salisbury, MA.
